Tennessee Crisis Negotiators Association’s Negotiations Award

Each year, the TCNA is proud to accept nominations for law enforcement officers whose actions and fortitude deserve recognition. The Negotiations Award will be presented to three officers, one from each Tennessee region, who significantly contributed to their communities by utilizing negotiation skills and techniques to peacefully resolve a critical incident; promoting the crisis negotiation model within his or her agency; or furthering crisis negotiations across the state of Tennessee.
